Regular sodas contain excessive amounts of sugar and high-fructose-corn-syrup, and diet sodas contain dangerous artificial sweeteners. Both contain high amounts of chemicals and artificial colors and flavors. Sodas contain citric acid that can lead to the deterioration of teeth, due to acidity. Most sodas also contain corn syrup, which is high in sugar and accelerates bacteria growth on teeth. Having healthy eating habits and reaping all their great benefits can be simple and easy, if you use the short tips provided in this article.
